Oracle HR Analytics: US Statutory Compliance

The US Statutory Compliance subject area stores information that is used by Human Resources departments to  prepare government-required reports. These reports can contain headcount information for different metrics like gender, ethnicity, and veteran status. It is important to remember that the analysis done in OBIEE is for internal use only, and does not fulfill government requirements. As the subject area name suggests, these reports are only applicable to companies operating in the United States. Companies outside of the US will need custom solutions to monitor government compliance performance.
