Welcome

Hello, and welcome to the official blog of HCMinsight. In the coming months I will be launching a new way to view human resources data on the OBIEE platform. I believe there is room for improvement on the out of the box dashboards that Oracle supplies for its customers. The goal of HCMinsight is to provide HR dashboards that use data visualization standards to emphasize the most relevant data to the end user. Keep an eye on this space for news from the human resources and business intelligence fields.
